Green Flag Ceremony

Green Flag Award preparations

Staff and students under guidance of Mr Clancy have completely redesigned the green area at the entrance to the school in preparation for the raising of the Green Flag this Thursday at 11:30am. The flag is going to be raised by two students from the committee: Hayley Munroe and Adam Cannon.

Green Schools Flag success

Having undergone a thorough inspection from Mayo County Council officials, we are delighted to announce that we have been awarded our Green School Flag in recognition of the huge efforts of students and staff. ?

Becoming a Green School

We have kicked off our campaign to achieve a ‘Green School’ status. Changes to the canteen and GP area have seen dramatic improvements in the segregation of rubbish and student attitudes and awareness of environmental issues.
